About Cesar
Cesar rooted his career in fine dining hospitality for the past 20 years. In 2008, He became one of the youngest Certified Sommeliers in the USA. Over the years he perfected the art running wine programs. In 2015, He began developing systems to run wine programs for large fine dining establishments. In 2018 he began offering consulting services for hospitality establishments in DC. In 2021, It was time to own something so Donahue Lounge, Champagne and Cocktail Lounge, in Georgetown was born.
Cesar cultivated a deep understanding of commitment, and attention to detail to anticipate his client needs. He is excited to bring this expertise to commercial and residential real estate by building strong relationships with clients, backed by a strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
